Week 1!

Kia ora and welcome to Term 2 for the year.

Room 3 were full of smiles and laughter on Monday- it was so neat to see.
They bounced into class and have been putting heaps of effort into their mahi ever since!

We welcome two new students to Te Mahia as well. Lucy and Jack have come all the way from Mercury Island to start school here with us in Mahia. We are pretty excited they are here and Room 3 have been doing an awesome job at welcoming them.

This week we have begun our new literacy Centre. It is full on! Tamariki have been doing a super job at working out where they need to be and they have also been fantastic models for our photos which will be put onto the literacy centre board so that we remember what it is we need to be doing.

We have a busy week coming up next week with our Learning Korero's happening on Monday, then Enviroschools learning on Tuesday.
